Ceil Cookie Cutter

I received a request for a Ceil Cookie Cutter from the Anime Black Butler.

It has been a few years since I have seen this anime.

I decided to make this version of Ceil based on a chibi drawing, I hope you like it.

As always I am including my basic "Sugar Cookie Dough" recipe.
