Designed this thing to stop the bolt heads from spinning on my Juntek VAT 1300 Power meter. The spinning makes it very hard to get the nuts done up tight, and can damage the circuit board. With this design, the bolt heads don't touch the circuit board at all.
I've kept it low profile to avoid any interference with components on the board.
Note: my unit (VAT-1300) was purchased from Amazon back in November 2019, so they might have fixed the issue by now?
My unit had 13mm bolt heads and they were approx. 48.5mm centre to centre. The recesses are slightly tapered for a good fit.
Printing:
Probably best printed with thick walls (just set your wall count to something like 6), or use 100% infill - it's only a small part.

Cocoon Create PLA works fine
Notes:
It's only 70mm long, so I found I didn't need a brim for adhesion, but then again I'm using the Wham Bam magnetic build plate which was a game-changer for me.
