Satsana for Ender 3 Creality direct drive and CRtouch

This is a remix of another excellent remix, just to add the CR touch to the build. This version is only for Ender 3 / Pro, not V2.

Update January 31: tried to install it on my printer but i found that the heated block is a little bit larger, so it did not fit. I adjusted the space under the duct and flattened a little more the top. It resulted in a new variant, with more clearance.

Try to add supports only for the recessed places made for the original steel bracket. Use custom supports in Cura or Paint-on supports in Prusa slicer.
