TronXY X5S Bed Sensor Extender v3

This Z endstop switch mount for the TronXY X5S moves the standard endstop switch to the actual print bed, instead of relying on the proxy of the original adjustable M3 screw. With this arrangement, the bed can be swapped without the need for re-calibrating because the switch always is triggered by the top of the bed and not some fixed position of the undercarriage.

The V3 version has its distance designed for a Volcano hotend (longer than the regular one), with ~39 mm vertical distance between the underside of the outer rails and the print bed.

(Udpate V3 - 2020) Added a new version 3 with better stability and more precise adjustment.

Additional items required:

• (obsolete - V2) M4 screw and a T-nut for attaching it to the frame, and a wooden screw 3 mm x 16 mm (depends on you setup).
• V3: M4 screw and T-nut, and a M3 screw for adjustment

Do check that no collision occurs between the rear part and the moving platform and the rollers. It is supposed to be mounted just outside the frame, with only the switch protruding into the print bed.
