Tired of zip ties or screws to affix GT2 belts to the print head sled? I know I was, so I made these. One fixed block for the start of the timing belts, and one where you can easily fixate/free the belts by flipping a lever that presses down on a toothed plate inside the clamp block.
(UPDATE: Uploaded an auto-fixed STL of the main block from PrusaSlicer 2.0 because it had issues with some slicers - hopefully fixed now?)

Post-Printing =============How to assemble/mount/use
Finishing
The mounting holes are sized for M3 screws to fix this block to a mounting surface. I've used brass inserts molten into the receiving surface, but nuts and washers should work too.
Insert the levers and fixate them with one M4 screw. You may need to widen the bore slightly so they can swivel easily.Insert the clamp plate with the teeth facing down.
Mount the whole block to the surface.
Insert GT2 belts, then use the levers to lock the belts.
If they don't catch even with the levers fully flipped, you can sand down the underside of the block to reduce the space between the lock plates and the mount surface (depending on printer tolerances).
