Ticket to Ride bottom tray

Remix of the excellent Ticket to Ride tray by Wile

My game is the North American version and the bottom tray was a tad too big to fit. I also wanted the top tray to sit flush with the board so the trains don't fall out when the lid is closed - added spacers in lieu of stations.

I'm told the original upper tray file is no longer available, so I've added it.
