Please note that due to high minimum buys (like 20-100 screws/nuts, etc) the hardware required may set you back about $105-135+. With material on top of that, consider buying the real thing at: https://sprkplg.com/product-tag/llg/
If you still plan to DIY and don’t want to buy all the minimum buys for hardware, you can get loose hardware kits + pre-cut seals here. If you already bought hardware online and have a lot of extras I will buy them off of you, please DM me.
PARTS NEEDED:
1 - Lomograflok Install Wide back.
1 - Mamiya Press lens, or Polaroid 600SE lens.
1 - Camera light seal foam sheet (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014YUWF4), or a thick felt tape. I've tested with 0.5mm felt tape and it did the job without light leaks, but I much rather trust the foam (more grip).
3 - Cold shoes with front/rear screw holes (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07NNZYDHB).
5 - M2x16 screws, can go up to M2x20. For cold shoes and top.
3 - M2x12 screws. For bottom lock, and grip top.
9 - M2 nuts.
2 - M3x16 screws, can go up to M3x22. For the grip.
2 - M3 nuts.
1 - M2x8 or M2x6 knurled thumb screw (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088RLMQ8N)
? - Printed parts, see diagram in gallery.
PRINTED PARTS FILES (See .3mf files for orientation):
A1. LigeroLG.stl (print this body for Mamiya Press lenses).
A2. GansoLG.stl (print this body for Polaroid 600SE lenses).
(all remaining printed parts are common on both bodies)
B. LG_top.stl - top part of camera, install lockbars underneath.
C. LG_toplockbar.stl x 2 (see LGInfo_InstallingLockbars.png for correct orientation)
D1a. LG_griplock.stl print this if you want a different color grip. You will need to print LG_griptop.stl in the body color which attaches on top of this grip.
D1b. LG_griptop.stl a separate piece for the top of the grip, print this in the same orientation as the body for a more seamless look from up top.
D2. LG_griplock2.stl print this if you want a one-piece grip.
E. LG_botlock.stl, this is a double edged sword on what side you print it. I would try both and see which supports are easier to clean.
Optional:
- LG_shoeRiser.stl, for cold shoe accessories that block the ejection slot, this pushes them forward.
- LG_bracket_LS1.stl, bracket or LS-1 laser rangefinders or clones.
- LG_bracket_30m.stl, bracket for 30m mini laser rangefinder (black eBay one).
GENERAL NOTES:
- I recommend splitting up into minimum of 4 print jobs in no particular order: Body, Grip, Body Parts, Accessories.
- Files are optimized for Priline Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate or Atomic Carbon Fiber PETG, so you may experience looser or tighter areas.
- Recommended 3-4 walls, gyroid or similar infill, 15-25% infill depending on your material. With CF materials you can probably go down to 7-12%. Sometimes I'll add modifiers for 15-25% infill around holes and slots for reinforcement. Layer height 0.16 or 0.2 works best.
- Install foam or light seal on entire mating surface including grip side. Whatever surface touches the Lomograflok back. This is overkill for light sealing, but helpful in keeping the body from sliding off the Lomograflok in case a lock comes free.
- See attached PDF manual for the best way to install your LigeroLG or GansoLG onto the Lomograflok.
