Hi friends,

I don't know for you but I was offered a Senseo coffee machine. But there is nothing in the box to store coffee pads.

So I decided to make my own.

And that was a good occasion to add a pad carrier for the second pad included in the box.

As a french man I was inspired by Colonnes Morris that you can see in Paris. So that is a kind of Senseo from Paris with love object !

This is made of 3 parts.

  • A top, for the pad carrier,
  • A base to protect the coffee pad of the air flow
  • A tube for the pads.

I made mine for 15 pads (spc_tube_15.stl)... because my printer can't print higher :( . But I prepared a version for 20 pads (half a package-spc_tube_20.stl) and for 40 pads (full package-spc_tube_40.stl). Version for 15 is about 10 cm high, version 20 is about 14 cm and version 40 is about 28cm). If you make one, feel free to post pictures of high models.

When you put the pads in the tube I suggest you to put them with the skirt down. It's easier to catch them later.

To use it, simply remove the tube and catch the pad at its bottom. Then, put back the tube on the base.

There is a label holder on the tube. You can cut a 5cm (width)x 5.5cm (heigh) piece of the package with the type of coffee, so you can identify. That means that you can print multiple copies of the object for your different coffees.

Hope that you'll like it.

Bonjour chez vous
