Layer height is at your discression. Usually I go for 0,2mm on terrain

It is recommended to print the parts standing up, so a brim or raft bed adhesion is advised.

Enabling supports for the hinges are also a good idea. If you can, it is a good idea to disable support in the area of the garage door, on the front wall, since it will not do much for quality and is a hassle to remove and clean properly.
