Hotend Bracket for E3D Volcano and BLTouch (to suit Geeetech printers & Clones)

I've uploaded my latest hotend for those that use the printers with a 30mm spacing as used on the GeeeTech printers and clones. As I use a Volcano Hotend with a 0.4mm nozzle, and ive decided to go back to a BLTouch for my bed leveling, and when adjusting your marlin firmware the mount has the BLTouch probe 30mm to the left of the nozzle. The screws used are M4 x 20mm and M4 Nuts, the BL Touch is held on with M3 x 12mm and M3 Nuts

And to make it easier for some I have uploaded a Gcode file with the parts already laid out to print in the center of the bed, in ABS. And with the correct print settings.
