Custom rear vent slats that fit 2003-2008 Honda Pilot

After my Pilots vents broke and paying the money to replace them, they managed to break again. I modeled them to be more robust than the original ones and they have held up really well. Vents are designed for right side but can be flipped in slicer for the left side.

Print the vents with supports anywhere from 50-100% infill. PETG / ABS / NYLON recommended to withstand higher temps in the car. Regular PLA becomes soft and vents break again. Pro Pla from 3DFuel managed to work nicely and continues to hold together.

Take vent apart and replace the broken parts and you're back in business.

Rubber part has not been printed but can be printed in TPU if needed.
