The file „do not print“ is only for the visualisation, to look how it is assembled. So do as it says!!
The "to print" file can be adjusted to the print bed size in the Prusa slicer. Of course, you can also print all parts individually and thus reach the maximum table size.
I printed the bolts to connect the parts upright and with a border, otherwise the nozzle will knock them over.
The table legs are oriented as I printed them so the bolt holes are printed as accurately as possible and the bolts go in with light pressure.
The table tops need to be glued! Depending on how cleanly your printer is set up, you may also have to fix one or the other bolt with a glue dot.
The small bolts are just to orient where the table tops go so that the geometry is correct when setting them up. It may be necessary to clean the small holes in the table legs with a cutter, as there may be overhanging due to lateral printing
I printed it with 3 layer , 15% infill and PLA. It works fine for me.
I have attached a step file, then you can change it yourself at will.
