iStick 60W Cup Holder Insert

Slight modification to my original design to accommodate the eLeaf iStick 60W TC mod. I shortened it a little from the original for faster print times. Added a single tank holder version as well.

Update 11/17/2015: enlarged slot slightly for iStick and added a chamfer to the edges for easier insertion on the single tank version, as that's the one I use.
