Prusa MMU2 thumbscrews for idler tensioning.

My MMU is in a pretty tight location and I can't easily get an allen key in there to adjust the idler tension. Here is a design for some thumbscrews that can be pushed onto 40mm M3 screws to adjust the tension without an allen key. They are a friction fit on the screws and will probably need to be tapped into place. There's a small step halfway along the cylinder to show about where "flush" would be with the original screws.

Can be printed big end down, without support.
