SecKit SK-Tank Orbiter 1.5 Copperhead Mount

This is a mounting platform for my extruder/hot-end and ABL sensor on the SecKit SK-Tank. I'm using the orbiter v1.5 extruder with a Slice Engineering Copperhead hot end. I also decided to use a BL Touch instead of the inductive probe. Please note that this is a prototype and will need refinement based on use. For example, I haven't included any cable management options on this plate, so it will have to be added based on your wiring. The part cooling solution for this combination was obtained from this print (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4793026)

Use heat-set threaded inserts for the two screw holes in the main body. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IZ1RN0A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

BL Touch Offsets: X: 25.25, Y: 0.0, Z: 3.0

The mounting platform may also work for the Orbiter with a V6 Hot end, though I haven't tested it. You will have to use a different part cooling solution, however. Hope this is helpful to you.

Hardware needed:

10 mm M3x0.5 cap head screws: 8 (2 for mounting BL Touch, 2 for fixing hot end cap, 4 for fixing mounting plate to X carriage standoffs)

16 mm M3x0.5 cap head screws: 2 (for mounting Orbiter)

5.3 mm M3x0.5 heat-set threaded inserts: 2

M3x0.5 nuts: 4 (2 for Orbiter and 2 for BL Touch)
