Prusa MK2/MK2.5/MK3 LED frame holder MMU2 compatible

I have taken wschadow's design found on Thingiverse as a basis and changed the following:

• increased the length,
• added a grid in it (to save some material and for the looks),
• changed the angle (these are a couple of degrees more vertical) and
• increased the size of the reces such that it is easier to run some cables behind the frame.

The "LED mount case" is untouched and is included here for convenience.

Print instructions

I would not recommend to print this in PLA due to the heat the LED panels generate (despite it is LED, there is still some heat generated).

PETG and ABS are safe to use.
Suggest to use 3 perimeters.
