These are anti vibration mounts designed to hold a squash ball to be used as the feet on a 3D printer. There are multiple versions of the mount suited to different extrusions (2020 or 2040) in both M4 and M5 hardware. You will need 4 x double yellow dot squash balls (40mm diameter) and appropriate hardware. The existing hardware on the stock CR-10/CR-10S feet can be used however some models are coming with a pre-drilled hole in the extrusions in which case you will need drop-in slot nuts and shorter screws (see hardware requirements below).

2018-01-03 - update
It has been confirmed that an "intro" or "blue dot" ball that is sized 12% larger will also fit. These balls have a higher internal pressure and will be more bouncy by default so may not provide the same dampening as the intended "yellow dot" or "pro" balls.
2018-04-09 - hardware requirements
It has been mentioned that some CR-10S models are coming with pre-drilled holes in the extrusions with a 35mm spacing front to rear which are used to mount the feet. This is unlike the original models which used drop-in M4 slot nuts. If your printer is like this you will need both shorter hardware (M4x8mm or M5x8mm) and drop-in slot nuts (M4 or M5 to suit System20 2020/204 extrusions).
2018-04-13 - sound metering data
A huge thank you to Cole Pavlina (https://www.thingiverse.com/CWPav/about) who has undertaken sound metering tests and comparisons of both before and after installations. Its great to see the impact of installing these anti vibration feet especially when presented in such a thorough and detailed manner.
