As per my comments in the original part, I've modified it to make it easier to print... a flat 'top' to the chin, which becomes the base when printing, and sloping the overhangs to 60degrees so that no support is needed. My print failed half-way through (printer parts getting a bit worn-out), so has an ugly glue join in the photos :(

At the request of our anaesthesiologist, I also increased the size of the holes through the 'neck' part, so that some plastic tubing could be inserted through the 'larynx' part, so that a complete 'airway' goes from the 'lungs' to the mouth.

The same larynx part fits into my 'neck' part.

I've also created a couple of connectors to attach the plastic tubing to the top and bottom of the 'larynx' so that the tubing doesn't need to go right through. That would require the gaps in the larynx part to be sealed up though, which I haven't done.

Print Settings

Printer:

Zonestar D810

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.4 mm layers with a 0.5mm nozzle

Infill:

5%

Notes:

I printed with 5 top layers, 3 bottom layers, and 4 horizontal shells, which was overkill. At these settings, probably no infill is needed, except for support whilst printing.

I used a .5mm nozzle to sacrifice some print quality for reduced printing time.
