Pulse XE X axis idler mount for Gates pulley [Upgraded]

This is the Pulse XE X axis idler mount designed around the Gates pulley. The original mounts all use the narrow Chinese smaller smooth pulley which degrades the belts. 

Models have been redesigned to allow the use of the larger 10mm wide Gates machined pulley. Also, when printing these motor mounts, it is recommended to have an 8mm reamer to adjust the linear rod holes.

Printed using petg, abs, asa, Nylon. 100% infill for maximum strength.
