A thicker, more substantial version.
A lever inside the housing of a common commercial Bunn Airpot can get weak and/or break. When the pump pot is full of coffee and eager folks press hard on the outside lever it stresses this part because there is not much air in the container. Since liquid doesn't compress, the higher than usual pressure weakens this lever.
This design is beefier than the part is originally. This part has been tested in commercial environment. It will also eventually break, but holds up as well as the original part.
