Prusa i3 MK2S - Logitech C270 camera Heat Bed

I upgraded http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2069256 for proper use with new Logitech C270 camera.

Changes / adds:

• camera mount fix
• added material support for long arm and mount to avoid camera wobble
• long arm weight +0,5mm (stronger handle under heat bed)
• screws are hidden (extruder collision avoid)
• place for nuts (for better assembly)

• added zip ties holes (for cable management)
  I used:
  2x M3x10 hex screws (long arm / mount)
  1x M3x20 hex screw (camera mount)
  3x M3 nut

  I refocused camera - just open cover, take off the glue and rotate with lens.
