Office chair pneumatic cylinder fix clip

This spacer clip stops your office chair from sinking, when the pneumatic cylinder is broken.

2015-05-25 - Added ChairFix2.scad which has a secondary clip to stop it popping off, if your chair like mine, has a slightly conical outer piston.

Instructions

Resize the scad to fit, or print multiples of the STLs.

Printed in ABS. To give it some extra spring I did 100% fill, fill pattern concentric in the middle and rectilinear top/bottom. With slic3r v1.2.6 the concentric pattern left a little gap in the middle, which I think may have helped give it some extra spring. It went on with a lovely snap and there are no strain marks on the plastic.
