Prusa MK3S 5.5mm nozzle camera mount

UPDATE 2019-09-03 Added new mount with a screw tightener to keep a camera in place while it gets hot. Also added a new extruder cover with zip-lock for camera wire.

Upgraded my Prusa MK3 extruder to MK3S version and the old nozzle camera mount can't be used behind the printing head any more. So tinkering a bit with camera placement, found the left side be quite good.

Found smallest 720P 5.5mm wide endoscope to be suitable for nozzle camera from AliExpress: 2 IN 1 USB Endoscope 720P HD 5.5mm Lens.

This camera is UVC standard, so can be used with linux, osx, wondows and android. So it works pretty well with OctoPrint also.
