Optiphot fluorescence tube lamp connector

Multiple iterations to get the size and fit correct.  This will also accept Hg lamp filters.  This part is subject to extreme heat and will not be able to be used with most thermoplastics.  The holes on the lamp side are for fitting threaded inserts.  Bolt not modeled, as the original was re-used.
