SingleCell 3D Printed Components | Prusa MK3S

This download contains all 3D printable components for our SingleCell enclosure.

Print instructions

These are the 3D Printable parts needed to build out our SingleCell enclosure. Core components can be purchased from our website https://www.hall-precision.com/product-page/modular-3d-printer-enclosure-prusa-mk3s

Please print the latest versions (highest v#) for best results.

STL Files
All .stl files are correctly oriented for printing upon import and are designed to be printed without support structures or brims. All but the Knob components can be printed at .3mm layer height. We recommend printing the knob parts at .2mm layer height or below to avoid thread overhang artifacts.

G-code Files
G-code files contain all parts necessary for the specified kit. See the BOM below for more information.

UPDATE 8/3/20
Some users reported that the bearings would slip off the spool holder base causing the spools to fall. To fix this, we've added a retaining washer which locks the bearing onto the shaft. In order to upgrade you will need to print the following pieces:

Spool Holder Kit v2 upgrade:

• Spool Holder Standard Base Left v2 (qty 1)
• Spool Holder Standard Base Right v2 (qty 1)
• Spool Holder Bearing Keeper v1 (qty 4) NEW PART
• You will also need 4 additional W-Screws (see manual) which can be found on our website.

We've also added a Hinge Kit Mirrored in case you want to mount the door panel on the right post instead of left. Please keep in mind that this will reverse the logo engraving. We'll be removing the engraving in future panel orders and offering a sticker instead. You will also need to swap the positions of F5 and F6 (see manual) when assembling your enclosure, and mount the latch on the opposite side.
