I've been hankering to make a small novelty valve cap for a while and figure why not a cricket ball?! This is 20 mm in diameter and has some tiny tiny details for the seam so make sure you use some fine slicer settings so they don't get omitted by the slicer. I've had good results with the new Cura 5.0 slicer, variable line width and 0.08 mm layer height .... but use a brim because to aid adhesion!
This has a functional internal thread to suit a standard bicycle or car schrader valve. Set Cura slicer, or prusa slicer equivalent, to use 'exclusive' tolerancing to ensure a functional thread.
