Description

This is a 12-piece modular transparent lampshade designed for small printers (like Prusa Mini). The modules are connected via plug connections and result in a very stable and pretty lampshade.

You need 3 different parts.
8x part 1 (3 sides male, 2 sides female)
3x part 2 (2 sides male, 3 sides female)
1x part 3 (cover)

I added a photo of a model with the different parts.

To print:

I used PETG with the default Prusa settings, PLA should work too.

0,15 mm Speed with 15% infill works well.

Assembly:

Put the pieces together like in a puzzle. Be careful, the connections are very precise to get a stable lamp.  Part 3 is the last part when assembling and brings the final stabilization.

The small holes in the cover help you with the final assembly. The large hole is used to hold a lamp hanger. I have  used HEMMA by Ikea. You should assemble the lamp before using the cover ;)

More Information:
Please only use LED lamps! Halogen lamps could get too hot!

The model is not designed for scales. The connections will probably no longer fit well. But try it and share your result.

With the function “bottom-fill-pattern” you can make the lamp more indivuell. I added some photos. Try it.
