There was several times that the thumbscrews securing the print bed would become locked up after printing…even after cycling the bed temperature through various temperature ranges. I modified the screw cover to provide a little more leverage in case they get locked up again.
I tried to nail down the tolerances so that it was a lasting press fit. If it's too loose, a dab of glue will do. If it's too tight, heat the thumb screw first, then press on the cover.
I printed with black Prusament ASA using the following default settings in PrusaSlicer.
Print settings: 0.20mm QUALITY
Filament: Prusament ASA
Printer Settings: MINI+
I chose to acetone vapor smooth them for appearances. I'm sure PLA or PETG would do the trick as well.
