This is a lasercut, stackable organizing system for things like shrink tube or small wire with an integrated cutter. It uses normal utility blades.
It's designed to fit a wide variety of reels up to:
diameter: 145 mm
width: 60 mm
Shrink tube reels from Reichelt are usually a perfect fit: http://fablink.de/3w
Cut from 4mm plywood/mdf and glue the pieces together.
The bottom piece has small cutouts for the stacking pins. Make shure you orient it correctly.
Be careful at the top near the hinge not to glue the lid down. Also remember to put the lid in before you glue the last sidepanel on.
Use m3 screws to hold down the blade and align the cutting edge to go from the inner edge of the 45° angle to approx. half way of the blade-protection thing.
You can also zip-tie multiple boxes together sideways by using the slots at the back under the hinge and at the front on the protruding part of the sidepanel.
