Ceiling or under-the-table mount for Valve Index headset and Varjo Aero. Designed to be easily 3D-printed based on the measurements from the headset.
Recommended 3 perimeters with 2 mm brim to keep the corners from lifting up. 0.15 mm layer height should be good. I printed mine with variable layer height to give load-bearing corners more beef.
I took measurements from my Valve Index headset and drew up the model in Fusion 360. Surfaces in the model are 5mm thick, headest holder shelf is a 30 degree segment of 150 mm circle and tilted up 15 degrees, which matches the tilt in the lower headstrap of the headset.
Holder is designed to clipped into 20mm square tube and the headset hang underneath perfectly balanced as it should be.
