Early 20th century American Schoolhouse desk

I was at a museum today and they had a whole classroom of these setup. I thought they were pretty neat so ITAP and whipped it up with some poly modeling when I got home. 

I did the lettering manually as it looks like a crude casting in the real thing I was not able to find a font that had the same feel. I'm pretty happy with it. 

Neat and obscure piece of history found in the pioneer room at the Karshner museum and center for culture and the fine arts.
