Ceiling Mount for Echo Dot 4th Gen

I designed this for a friend and I would now like to share it with the community!

Filament used in photos - Overture PLA Professional White.

This model allows nearly 50% of the echo dot to be exposed through your ceiling with no chance of it falling out. Full speaker, microphone, and button access.

It features a wing cut on the top section with 2 chamfered mounting holes. It can slide thru the hole in your ceiling easily without needing to get up in your attic to mount it. 

The top section is threaded 100% of the way through the model, so it fits ceilings ranging from 0 to nearly 1.5 inches thick.

The low profile and filleted edge on the room facing side make it very sleek!
