Parametric Hose Pass-Through Clamp for Portable AC (PortaSplit / Midea)
A two-piece parametric clamp designed to route the flat oval exhaust hose of a portable air conditioner (Midea PortaSplit) cleanly through a window panel or plywood insert.
The clamp consists of two identical halves that sandwich the hose from front and back. The U-shaped opening means you can slide the hose in from the side without disconnecting it. Oval screw slots allow fine positioning adjustment when mounting to the panel.
Designed to be printed in a flexible filament such as PEBA so the clamp conforms slightly to the hose and can accommodate self-adhesive foam tape for sealing against drafts and rain. But any plastic will do.

Possible improvements
Adapt the shape of the hole to the precise shape of the tube
Add a groove on the mating face for an O-ring or foam tape seal
Add alignment pins/holes so the two halves locate precisely when assembling
Add a chamfer at the hose entry to guide it in more easily
Add countersunk screw holes instead of oval slots for a flush finish
Parametric support for a second hose (some units have two exhaust hoses)
Other designs exist for this purpose, but none I found were fully parametric. I designed this one with the help of Claude (Anthropic) so it can be easily adapted to different hose sizes and panel thicknesses.
