My CPU model was 40x40mm. I printed it on 101% scale to get a bit more wiggle room.
While heating up the print bed and during the first phase of the print, place your CPU on the heated bed with the IHS facing down to warm it up to it doesn't cool down the print later.
Set a pause at layer command in Cura and insert the CPU with the IHS facing down before continuing to print. Be careful to not set the pause point too low as the nozzle could scratch along the edged of your CPU.
My gf poured some UV resin into both sides of the “exposed” CPU to seal it off and prevent it from scratches.
