This is a replacement for the Shure SRH840 headphone joints (left and right) connecting the sliding band to the speakers. Each side is two parts. Connected with a rod. And two little caps to finish it up. That way you can print the caps in different colors to differentiate left and right, similar to the original.
The sliding part has a series of indentation inside, to reproduce the little detent as you slide it in and out, like on the original.
I recommend printing in ABS.
I have tested PLA and hard TPU. PLA will eventually snap. Hard TPU will creep.
