Here's yet another 3d printed PC case for a MiniITX build that accommodates a low profile PCIe card. It requires the use of a Pico PSU and does not have any locations for mounting a any SATA drives.

WARNING: This currently only supports a single height graphics card. Dual slot GPUs are not currently supported.

Specs:

Requires Mini-ITX Motherboard

Requires low profile CPU cooler. Cooler height depends on fan size, see below.

Requires low profile PCIe card.

Requires PicoPSU or similar and has mounting hole for 8mm diameter 12v DC jack.

Mounting holes for 140mm to 120mm case fan on lid. With a low profile cooler, the case will accommodate a 25mm thick fan. A slimmer fan or omitting the fan might allow a taller cooler.

Options for USB front panel connectors.

Mounting location for 16mm diameter power switch.

Requires 6/32 threaded inserts for mounting motherboard

Requires M3x3x5 threaded inserts and M3x6mm bolts

I've included a version of the base that has the cutouts for a

The feet can be printed in TPU for additional grip and shock absorption.

The footprint is designed to be printed on a 200x200mm bed and was easily printed on my Ender 3 Pro.

This case should provide around 50mm clearance between a 25mm thick fan and the motherboard. That means, without a fan you should be able to have about 75mm clearance for a CPU cooler. My build uses a Asus Prime A320I-K motherboard, with an AMD Ryzen 3400G. You could put a low profile GPU (such as a 1650) in this case with a processor without a gpu.
