This STL contains the rough measurements to print channel covers for the revealed parts of the Anycubic Kobra.
My rough estimates were:
148mm x2 (2 channels by screen)
195mm x2 (2 channels opposite side of the screen)
312mm x 2(2 channels under Y-Axis rail)
100mm x4 (2 channels printed in 4 pieces under X-axis rail)
I skipped the back rails since I'm using mine to for holding tools - https://www.printables.com/model/175579-tool-holder-for-anycubic-kobra
but if anything, you can just duplicate one of the channels and change the X scale to the length of those back channels. They're roughly 80mm and you would only need 3, one of them is already covered under the motor.
I have also made E-Step extruder calibration tool that marks 100mm from the base of a channel guard (which also hides as a channel guard) that you can use. See here .
