I made my own first layer calibration with a bigger center square and horizontal infill and 45 degrees infill for the corner and side squares.
This way you can easiely dial in your live z for the center and look at the difference early. The 45 degrees infill will make it easy to spot any gaps between the infill lines in the corners. You can also stop the print after the center is finished or run the full print to check your entire printbed.
There are gcodes for PLA and PETG for the standard 0.4mm nozzle and the bigger 0.6mm nozzle.
I made this so you can physically dial in your screws for the silicone mod and see practical results fast.
