Gridfinity collet holder CNC

Gridfinity holder for AMB-/KRESS collet with attached clamp nut. 

Designed for my Mafell 1000FM, which uses the Kress collet. 

Don’t know if it will fit for ER16 collets, but dimensions are given, holes are 24mm and 13mm in diameter and they are 9mm and 8 mm deep, see cross section view:
