This is a simple tool like many you have seen before. It has a 7° beveled edge on every tracing edge, 4 different radius curves at the corners, straight lines, wavy curves, evenly spaced gear teeth, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles, and several circles.

I find it helpful to sketch a part on paper and mark all the dimensions on my drawing before going into SolidWorks and making it all beautiful. (eventually)

If you want to have nice relatively concentric circles, start with the smallest you will use first. Mark the opposite sides where the notch is and place the larger size you want against one edge of your circle, split the difference, and make the outside circle lining up the same opposing notches, while eyballing a perfect center.

If that all seems too hard, take a break man. We know you need it.
