I use a Microsoft Lifecam camera to watch my 3D printer and wanted a tripod mount for it. The bottom has a threaded 1/4-20 hole so it fits an ordinary tripod. To clamp the camera in place you need a M3x12 bolt and washer. I printed this in PETG so it wouldn't be too brittle and used 0.1mm layer height so the M3 threads would print and be functional. Supports are needed, but keep the support out of the threads themselves. I printed this on a super cheap Monoprice Mini Delta printer.
