I didn't find something I liked, so I designed this. I designed the transition from rectangular to circular long enough that any printer should have no trouble printing the slope without supports. I printed in PETG with 25% infill and 5 perimeters, but that's probably overkill. This print just barely fits on a 250mm long print bed, but no problem on x and z. The result slips nicely into place on my laser and doesn't leave any obvious gaps. It's slightly asymmetrical top to bottom as on my laser it's a 35mm distance from the bottom ledge to the bottom of the opening on the back of the machine.
