I could't find a suitable cover for my Game Boy Zero. Typical USB plugs either dont fit or are ugly. The standard EXT cover doesn't fit without some HAIRY work with an exacto knife. Even then you risk cracking the plastic or end up with a jagged looking cover. So I decided to remix a model that gave me the standard outer cover but modeled my own tag to press fit into the port. Mine sits snug enough to not fall or shake out but lightly enough that it can be extracted without much effort. This print is oriented such that the layers run parallel with the tab to prevent the tab from snapping off and getting stuck in the port.
The side that sits flush with the case was based on the original design by newdaynow (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1154670) and chopped off and resized to serve as a base for my USB port tab.

Notes:
Print exactly as oriented. Use supports and max infill. You may need to lightly sand the surface supported by the supports.A couple light rubs to get rid of the burrs. It should fit lightly sung into the slot with just enough of a gap between the lip and the case to get a finger nail in to remove it.
