TL;DR: This is the Hotend cover from sparky0815 with added BLTouch mount.
Soon after getting started with Anycubic i3 Mega, I realized that the default part cooling fan was only effective when printing left-to-right, much less when the head travels right-to-left. I tried some different fan ducts and complete head assemblies, but they seem to actually worsen my prints.
Reading good reviews, I decided to try this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2850837
But I had BLTouch mounted in the front of the nozzle, so I needed to move it away to make room for the duct. Not finding anything ready, I took sparky0815's head cover, which I like the clean design of, and added a small platform to mount the BLTouch on. It worked well, so I'm sharing it.
BLTouch offsets I measured are X=14 and Y=-45
Thanks again to sparky0815 for the nice cover and to H_Run for the very effective cooling duct.
