Benzin auf Dieselstutzen Adapter

Bei "modernen" Auto ist es nicht ohne weiteres möglich mit einem Benzinstutzen ein Dieselauto zu betanken. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man an der Tankstelle nicht aus versehen Benzin in ein Dieselauto kippt.
Wenn man nun aber einen Ersatzkanister mit "normalen" Benzinstutzen hat (Durchmesser ist geringer) dann kann man diese Dieselauto nicht mit dem Ersatzkanister betanken. 
Mit dem Adapter erhöht man den Durchmesser und somit wird der Tank entriegelt und man kann den Ersatzkanister ins Auto kippen.

With "modern" cars, it is not possible to refuel a diesel car with a gasoline nozzle without further ado. This has the advantage that you do not accidentally pour gasoline into a diesel car at the gas station.
But if you have a spare canister with a "normal" gasoline nozzle (diameter is smaller), then you can not refuel this diesel car with the spare canister. 
With the adapter you increase the diameter and thus the tank is unlocked and you can tip the spare canister into the car.
