With the away team stranded on the planet, it was up to Worf and Riker to fabricate a replacement door for the rear of the shuttle, so they could get above the layer of radiation that was preventing them from being beamed back aboard the Enterprise. . .
I found this well worn Shuttlecraft at the thrift store and decided to rebuild it. A friend was able to send me a good scan of the decal/stickers but I needed to keep the crew inside. After a few iterations with paper and cardboard and Inkscape, I got a shape and size that I was satisfied with, and used Tinkercad to convert that into a model that could also be easily printed. I do not have the cargo pallet, so I have not checked to see if the thicker door interferes with it being inside the shuttle.
Feel free to remix, resell, or whatever. Embed a magnet to act as a latch. Remove the lever so it looks like a film model. Add a circuit so that it goes "PING!" Knock your bad self out!
I have sliced and printed this in Cura and Prusa Slicer. Tree Supports work better than traditional supports, but both came free with minimal adhesion. The outer lip is only 1 mm thick, so make sure your layer adhesion is good or there will be splitting and it wont stand up to play.
