Use the screws of the display to fix the case to the module.

The holes for the screws have to be drilled by you, but they are marked and can be found easily. Holes left by the printer would result in a messy print (at least for FDM).

While the feet can be attached (as seen on some pictures here), I suggest leaving them away. With the feet attached, the additional height introduced by the enclosure will probably not stick into the computer correctly anymore.  

The buttons are just sticked on top of the original buttons.

This can be printed without support. Just flip the upper half upside down.
