Simple hook or enforced one for higher loads.
Load depends on how far the mass point is distanced from the board. A table for values is difficult to deliver as the filaments differs also in strength even if they are from the same type / material. Just use your natural given intelligence for dimension and use-case.
But for higher loads always use the enforced versions (in name -enf) and stones between hook and pegboard.
Mounting the hooks is easy by sliding in the lower hook into the pegboard, bend slightly the springy thin element so that the top hook can slide into the groove above the one of the lower hook.
If both hooks are in place and the part contacts with the Skadis board, then you can already hang on lighter tools. For stiffing out the spring element you can slide the stiff-out piece (stone) behind it to prevend the upper hook to slide down and drop-off due to the weight of the hanging objects.
