Change Log: Added BL Touch Mount, altered a few geometries for better fit, and added right Fan Mount (Left fan is in the works) [Fan is based on E3D v6 hotend].
Mount for Openbuilds C-Beam gantry plate (http://openbuildspartstore.com/c-beam-gantry-plate/) to setup for 2 Bondtech BMG extruders to be mounted as close as possible.
All holes that are not recessed will accept an M4 screw used in a self tapping method.
The Recessed holes will allow an M5 (openbuils standard) screw to pass through to the threaded holes on the C-Beam plate.
Requires one Left hand and one Right hand extruder from bondtech.
Mounting is based on the aluminum bracket that bondtech sells.
The top plate is for mounting a cable chain and just clears the C-Beam when mounted by ~1mm.
Side holes are for mounting part cooler(s) (currently in design).
The sides dropdown so that warmer air can avoid the printed plate and the Gantry plate.
V2:
BLTouch mount uses M3 screws directly into plastic. may need some slight trimming to fit the key slots in the bottom of the extruder mount plate. (screw into extruder mount and screw through fan mount for more a more stable connection)
Fan mount has extension for hitting a centered limit / homing switch at axis end. Fan mount uses M4 screws to secure fan onto the mount; though 2 holes are present if the screw for the part of the fan closest to the extruder plate is not exact length it will not screw in all the way... luckily it is not needed

I don't know the exact offset of the BLTouch as of yet in light of the fact that my Z axis motors are linked by belt to avoid getting out of sync, so i only use the BLTouch to accurately determine my Z height/zero, not planar offset correction if you determine these offset numbers i will gladly add them to this page or i will do so when i get un-lazy enough to do it myself.
Printer:
Self-Made
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
.4 or .8
Infill:
50%
Notes:
Use supports as needed; I printed the it face down and only needed supports to give the 6 recessed holes a platform to build on.
With a .4 nozzle and extrusion width i used 6 layer walls as you need strength for M4 screws to bite and holdPrinted wilth PLA
Stats above are for the extruder mount.
I would recommend using a .25 nozzle for the cooling fan but .4 will work it's just not pretty and may need a bit of touching up on the exhaust end.
