Smoothieboard 5xC Box / Case

Box for the Smoothie Board 5xC. allows for great air flow and cable management.

Pylons around the outside to help guide wires, and if you need extra security they are also made to screw lid down. (screw size M3)

one side is slide fit and the other has notches in the lid and bumps in the case for a good hold yet easy removal.

Fan holes are spaced to support an 80x80 fan.

Hole on front supports a 12mm button, i wired mine as a external reset button for the smoothie board

When printing the enclosure be sure to add supports for the wiring passthrough and smoothiboard access panel.

9 counter sunk holes on the base to support a variety of mounting locations while keeping screws away from electrical contacts and wires, i mounted mine on rounded surface using the center holes on the case.

I used Tglase for the lid so i could see which mosfets were on.
